I can't say enough about the service received from your employee Alison C. She was so attentive and supportive to help me select the perfect ring for the most important day. Unfortunately, I bought the wrong size and ended up returning for a replacement. We were helped by Alison again. She ordered the correct size from the salesfloor, we paid on the spot and she arranged to have it shipped directly to the store. Alison did an amazing job taking care of us, I hope you share this feedback with her. You have a great employee.

The order was delivered 3 days earlier than the estimated delivery date. The item is exactly what was expected. Only issue was the shipping cost but that is due to economic issues here in the USA.

Scheels had what I wanted, in stock, at competitive prices. Free shipping too! I wish that it was closer than a 5 hour drive. It is a great store. They have everything!

This is my first time shopping at Scheels and it will not be the last! First of all, let’s discuss the price. I found shoes for my 16 year old son and 17 year old daughter for MUCH less than any other store or site! It gets very expensive trying to keep two teens clothed. I was able to get them both a new pair of shoes for less than I would normally pay for one. #Score! Last, let’s talk about the super-fast shipping! The items were prepared for shipping and sent out on the same day my order was placed! The delivery was great and items arrived on time as promised. They were exactly as described on their site. Scheels clearly cares about their customers and their experience. Great customer service is unfortunately not something I experience a lot of these days, so when I come across a business doing it right, I try to shout it from the mountaintops!
