Love the wax melts. But when I got my order and turn the package around it said 3.99. Plus another sticker that says 5.99 which is yellow. This will be my last purchase from this company. When they sell it in the store for $3.99 and sell it online for $5.99 that ain't right. I wish there was a place that I could post the picture of the 3.99 in-store price.

We received a 10% discount to match D sporting goods military discount a little over a month ago. When we went back and asked for it they said they never did that before which was not true. We left D sporting goods to go to scheels specifically to get the discount and get the larger item since D sporting goods didn’t have the larger model. It wasn’t the fact that we didn’t get to match military it’s the fact they they dismissed me and said it never happened when I have the receipt from my last purchase. Regardless we will more than likely return the items and go back to D sporting goods. They at-least don’t charge a public improvement fee tax on top of regular tax which makes the military at scheels almost pointless. I know how Karen like this sounds but if I’m choosing to drive further and paying for everything we need to go camping and spending thousands and getting your credit card, I’d at least like some consistency and preferably the discount since everything is expensive already.

I bought hockey sticks on line thru Scheels. I asked there “customer service dept” if they could give me help in returning the item for credit. They said they don’t accept returns and pushed me off to the manufacturer. WOULD AMAZON DO THAT? AVOID THIS STORE !

I ordered an item to be delivered to my house and instead of being put in a box or a bag, the item was left out in the open on our porch with the order receipt with ALL of my contact information on display. Thankfully my neighborhood is pretty quiet and the item was still on the porch when I got home a few hours after it was delivered and not stolen, but still I thought it was an odd way to handle a delivery order.

Slowest shipment ever - had to buy elsewhere while waiting multiple days for product

I was supposed to get this a week ago tomorrow. I paid a lot of postage basically double for the hat and it just arrived today. I was supposed to have this by Thurs. Dec. 22...its Dec.28th. I would think that I would atleast get part of that postage back. I also thought the hat was white and its off white/beige, Not happy at all!
