Jack in the shoe department was the best when I came in TWICE for shoes. I had to return the first pair and then low and behold Jack was there again the next day! He was so kind and just a great guy.... give him a raise!! 👏

We are keeping back into biking with e bikes. While they came with lights, the back red on is not rob right. Checking Scheels in Appleton, WI, web site, I locator red flashing lights with batteries that clip on to the bike bag on the back rack. Ordering was easy with reasonable shipping charge and delivery was in a couple of days. Very impressed!

Great friendly staff and service

Very pleased with the customer service and all over presentation of the new location! Glad to have one in town now!

I purchased a pair of Kut from the cloth shorts from here and they came SUPER FAST DELIVERY and wrapped nicely. Love this place. If I could give them a 10 star rating, I would.

I ordered 2 pairs of Hoka Clifton 8 in black/white, because I couldn’t find them in my size for free shipping(Hoka wanted to charge $10 for shipping, because they were on sale). Scheels came through with my purchase expeditiously! It was a great experience and will use them again!

I accidentally ordered 2 pairs of the shoes I wanted. I immediately called customer services (6:30pm EST) and they helped me fix my order right away. Most places I buy online are closed at this hour but they answered fairly quickly and resolved my issue within minutes. I was definitely pleased with my purchasing experience.

I always feel so welcome to Scheels! Great staff and amazing service with your workers.
