Everyone I met was truly exceptional, from the cashiers, the shoe department, the woman in the clothing department helping me find my items, the fitting room attendants, and other staff/management asking if I needed assistance . Everyone I encountered were very friendly and helpful. Thank you so much.

Every staff member was uniformly knowledgeable, even outside their department, attentive, and cheerful. Displays were well thought out, and pleasant to the eye. Appreciated the salute to great Americans and patriotic themes welcoming us at the entrance. Competitive pricing, and very well stocked inventory. A positive shopping experience! Our first visit. This is my and my wife's first time visiting Sheels and decided to visit the location in Colorado Springs. The facility is great and the staff are outstanding. Emma at the Visa Counter was warm, welcoming and exceptionally friendly. We had a great experience and of course left with items that I didn't even know I needed and am sure that I will love! Thanks!

Nick made the experience worthwhile. He answered all my questions and was more than patient with me> Not only did it result in a sale, but I will definitely be purchasing a Humminbird fish locator from him shortly. Can't say enough.
