Do not contact customer service! They will not assist you. File a dispute with the delivery carrier WITHOUT your permission and simply tell you they are not responsible and to take it up with your bank. All that I knew prior to contact them. They made a situation from bad to worse and increased my stress.

I went to your store to buy a Ruffland kennel since you are the only retailer in the area. This was my first time in your store and I’m highly disappointed in the customer service and communication. I waited 30 minutes for a kennel that was not on display since the one on display had a manufacturer defect and the employee wouldn’t sell it on discount since there was more in storage. I was alright with that since I thought it wouldn’t take 30 minutes since there was a lot of employees standing around not doing anything. Once the 30 minutes were up I went back to the gun section that I originally went to, to get help with purchasing the kennel. None of the employees knew what was going on with where the kennel was. I was a customer with an empty cart standing right in front of them and no one approached me or gave me an update. I was then told to go downstairs to customer service. The customer service employees didn’t know what I was talking about. I was frustrated enough that I asked to buy the kennel that was on the shelf and leave. Finally the defect free kennel appeared and I purchased it.

Prices are different at register than what is on shelf.

Honestly, it’s my first time coming to the store and actually I purchased 12 ga Winchester The guy that took my ID asked me what did I want it for and who was I buying it for which is super uncomfortable unprofessionally maybe because I was Mexican. He treated me that way he back to the office to check my ID. Never heard from him again not even to buy thank you for buying. Thank you for coming. Nothing Customer service unapproachable staff maybe because I was only one that was Mexican and I was treated that kind of way trying to burst off the last time I come here again my name is Dario Jimenez

Made a purchase online, which the order was later canceled by Scheels. After further inquiry it was explained the item was priced incorrectly. I was told attempting to purchase the item at the advertised price was essentially trying to scam them and being equivalent to them paying me to shop with them even though I would have been spending over $1000 on the order. Complete rude, arrogant, condescending response. After being a customer both online and in store for several years I will never shop there again.

I was trying to make 9 payment from different cards, accounts, bank, PayPal-and the result was always-order cancelled. Wrong billing address, what was impossible(got confirmation from banks, everything was ok). Looks like they have a tons of troubles in their system. Really disappointed to online shop.support service said the problem on second it security protection system. Why it should be my problem. Need to wait 3-5 day when all my money will be returned.

Dropped off 2 high-end Cannondale bicycles wanting new drivetrains (front sprockets, rear cassettes & chains) plus jockey wheels for my derailleur. Their head technician insisted I didn't need new drivetrains but only a new derailleur. OK, but as soon as I drove 100 miles home they called demanding payment for the derailleur which seemed very odd because I asked to pay money up front which they declined. So instead of reading my credit card no# over the phone I returned the next day and paid for it. A few weeks later they called saying my bikes were ready. So I drove back the 100 miles to find the bikes STILL in unworkable condition and the head tech finally agreeing that I need complete drivetrains?? So I purchased $400 in inferior parts because they were now insisting that comparable high-end parts were not available! Then I drive 100 miles home only to get another call saying that since a $31 part was not paid for NO WORK COULD BE DONE ! Again they were asking I give my cc no# to customer service over the phone?? That will never happen !

Normally I’m a huge fan of store and service, always make trip to store when in town. This time they all fell flat!! I made a purchase and CS rep wasn’t best to begin with, my purchase had to be picked up from another vendor (I live OOS) so she charged me $45 for shipping. Ok.. after purchase my spouse was making small talk to a salesman who mentions the Scheels in the state I live is actually now open. The shipping is free if not to far. It’s a bit of a drive but definitely worth $45. I go back to cashier station and request to have changed to Scheels in my state. CS reps say I have to work the same ‘happy’ person. The 1st time.., yay… her attitude was ever better… she gets a bit more rude like it’s my fault I didn’t ask. So I say, ‘you didn’t offer this as an option’ her reply ‘I don’t have a map of your state to know if you live close’ As you can tell it did not go well. I’m then informed 2 day shipping and I can pick up my item. After 4 days calling my store doesn’t have item. Going back and forth Finally get ahold call Colorado and yes.., they NEVER SHIPPED THE ITEM. Never reached out to me to let me they had issue, never sent it, nothing’ Just sat at their store for over a week. I get a ‘supervisor’ who confirms it has now been sent and I’ll be able to pick it 2.5 weeks after the purchase, when I made purchase to get 2-4 days and planned this 4 hour drive then. No real apologies, nothing.
