Sam and Max are both stand up guys you want to have in your corner. ScheduleDrop has played a huge role in our early success as a cleaning company. Our online booking form quotes customers instantly and takes their card up front, so leads turn into booked jobs without a bunch of back and forth. Everything is in one place: customer profiles, the schedule, assigning jobs to our cleaners, texting and emailing clients, and charging and sending receipts after the job. Recurring clients, discounts and add-ons are easy to set up, and the software is straightforward and intuitive enough that we were running on it right away. What really sets them apart is the support. Sam and Max respond fast, listen to feedback, and actually build what their customers need. If you run a cleaning business, I can't recommend ScheduleDrop enough.

Schedule Drop is an amazing service. I was using Booking Koala before and it was so laggy and glitchy. Max and Sam at Schedule Drop literally held my hand to onboard my 15 cleaners over to Schedule Drop. Yeah and it has been an absolute game changer for me. I love that my cleaners are able to take on jobs when they want, not me manually assigning them. I love the automatic confirmation messages both to the cleaners and the clients. It has made my life so much easier and the amount of customer complaints that I got from cleaners just went down.

Was very surprised by the ease and professionalism of the setup process. The dashboard was my favorite and when I ran into a snag, I was helped very quickly - turns out it was the COO himself. I loved the entire experience and product that I googled how to leave them a review because as a small business owner, we just need to highlight the platforms that make our business actually easier.
