Helpful at the first, but after that..
Very helpful when I signed up for a product . Guy said he'd be there for me. My account balance is minimal , the first recommended trade went south. So I called to cancel, the original guy doesn't take my calls. The next guy explained that my purchase is pro rated , & that I can't cancel til after 90 days ?! I don't remember it being explained that way. I upped the rating number because they have finally replied to my concerns. Thanks .

Chuck, thank you for your feedback. You were contacted four separate times following you request to cancel. To say you didn't have support throughout your first 90 days is patently untrue. You cannot judge a service based on one trade. Options traders are very successful with win-rates below 50%. You need AT LEAST 90 days to assess a program's potential. Also, we have you on a recorded call with a Schaeffer's representative clearly agreeing to that exact guarantee. We have in-house compliance that reviews every single sale to ensure optimal customer experience. We do apologize that you felt unsupported and we have taken action to ensure that this member of our team was appropriately addressed for his lack of support. That is below our expectations and we, again, apologize for that.
