My Daughter inlaws us the warmers. There home smell horrible. Very strong when they come to visit the whole family really smell strong of horrible sen ts. To top it all of the fragrance transfers to my furniture and I have a hard time getting the horrible fake stinky I smell out of my home, espically in the fall. When I hold my grand baby he smells like sentsy gross stink instead of a baby. Then it goes onto my clothing, that takes me a month to get the fragrance out.

wouldnt even give 1 star if possible.. what an horrendous company and customer service…. i have a plug in thats been faulty but getting it replaced has proved sooo difficult as my scentsy rep no longer do it. they want me to contact random consultants who haven't got back to me so they want me to try another. what a pathetic way for a company instead of them contacting them and sorting it. wont be buying anything else from them

£7.25 for a wax melt and £6 for postage. Forget it!

The reps stalk you! Say that you will get cancer ect try scare monger you! Bully you! I’ve spent hundreds if not thousands with scentsy never ever again!

Am 19.01.2023 beim Flash Sale etwas bestellt einen Monat Später meine Bestellung erhalten 20.02.203, die angegebenen „bis zu 10 Werktagen“ wurden hier nicht eingehalten. Dann war der Lampenschirm von meiner bestellten Lampe Defekt. Reklamiert, Ersatz ist flott da gewesen, allerdings musste ich 3 mal reklamieren da mir als Defekte Ware geschickt wurde, als letzte Lösung wurde ich gebeten die Ware zurück zu schicken. Die Bearbeitung bis ich mein Geld zurück erhalten habe hat dann 14 Tage gedauert obwohl 8 Werktage angegeben waren. Nun sind 2 Monate vergangen und es gab keine Entschuldigung, keine Entschädigung, keinen Gutschein, keine Versandkostenerstattung. offensichtlich nicht nötig die Kunden bei Laune zu halten. Ich empfehle Scentsy nicht weiter. Des Weiteren kann ich ebenso bestätigen, dass das Dufterlebnis der Produkte nicht so lange halten wie Scentsy angibt. Auftragsnummer: 400107945

The corporation has told all of their distributors that the Scentsy products are made and manufactured in the United States. This is not true. The box for the wax melt warmer we just purchased clearly says Made In China. On top of lying to their distributors there are the numerous human rights violations that are perpetrated upon the Chinese workers on a daily basis. PLEASE do not support this terribly unethical company or any other company that has their products Made In China.

Avoid like the plague No customer service Keep money they are legally not allowed to keep Poor company to sell for Outpriced rubbish and cheap items. Can buy better products on Amazon and in local shops
