I was lucky enough to be given a gift of warmer and melts so I spent over £200 on this site with a view to buying more. When my first order arrived, one warmer worked perfectly but the other was faulty. First of all it looked secondhand and box damaged then it wouldn’t work at all. Tried contacting company but nothing, contacted representative who did her utmost to resolve it. I was instructed to take to courier company which is over 30 miles away. Then I had to send to representative, cost covered by ME! No apologies or sign of replacement until they received faulty item. Absolutely appalling service and behaviour by Scentsy. They claim to be honest, approachable, helpful etc etc but like others, we find that’s not the company we have to deal with. Unhelpful, disrespectful and dishonest. They have my money plus they charged me to return their faulty goods. Still waiting for replacement nearly 3 weeks later.I would NOT recommend them nor will I buy from them again.

Receiving spam text messages from this company and no way to opt out. I did not sign up for this. Will never do business again!

Das Kundenservice ist unterirdisch!!! 1 Kontakt hat geklappt jeder weitere nicht. Somit mußte man ein Paket Ortschaftenweit suchen.... Ihr solltet endlich aufhören mit UPS zu versenden und vorallem alle Kundenanfragen zu beantworten. Achja und wählt eure Beraterinnen mit mehr Bedacht aus.

I ordered warmers from a lady who sells scensy. A month after I ordered I had to contact her about not receiving my order. She gave many reasons and excuses. After the 2nd month I contacted the scentsy complaint person. Long story short, if you have a thief as a consultant, you are out of luck.

Extremely dissatisfied and disappointed in Scentsy as a company! I had a package delivered today that was stolen and this company refuses to replace it and wants me to file a police report 😅 Like seriously it was a $40 order. What kind of well-established company can’t replace an order like that. I’ve worked with numerous other companies that WILL and HAVE replaced stolen items for me and others I know. Do they not understand the feeling of being stolen from?! Instead of remedying the situation they make the customer even more unhappy. I will never be ordering from them again.

Die Absolute Kopie von PartyLite. Konzept, System, Design der einzelnen Produkte. Alles geklaut und als eigen verkauft. Peinlich. Die Düfte schaffe im Vergleich je nach Duft bis zu 5 Stunden weniger als PartyLite Originale. Beworben als "die sicher Alternative", sehr relativ denn einige Inhaltsstoffe sind bekannt für allergische Reaktionen, Kopfschmerzen bis Migräne oder stehen derzeit sogar im Verdacht Krebserregend zu sein. Scentsy ist für mich ein absolutes No-Go! Desweiteren wird hier, anders als bei PartyLite, Porto von den Käufern verlangt! Je mehr bestellt, desto höher der Porto. Sehr peinlich. Lieferzeiten von bis zu 5 Wochen obwohl 10 Werktage angesagt sind und beim Kundenservice jemanden zu erreichen ist Lotto. Eine Freundin hatte kaputte Teile in ihrer Bestellung, davon abgesehen dass das bei ordentlicher Verpackung nicht passiert wäre (Kaum Styropor, Karton sah aus wie eine Windel), dauerte es 26 Tage!!! bis ein Ersatz geschickt wurde, welcher ebenfalls kaputt ankam. Sie sollte es dann zurückschicken und erhielt das Geld nach 18 statt 10 Werktagen endlich zurück. Kein Entschuldigung, kein Coupon, nichts. Selbst für die Beraterin, die die entsprechende Party ausgerichtet hatte, gab es keine Infos während der Komplikationen und auch nichts auf Anfrage danach! Nur Geld haben wollen, aber keinen Service bieten! Das einzig positive: Keine Tierversuche.
