They do not care about customers . Learnt my lesson only buying Aussie made instead of support Aussie home biz selling crappy Scentsy products

Wenn man eine WhatsApp app party macht leider niemand bestellt und man selbst dann ein problem hat und kann dich nicht bestellen wird man als asozial abgestempelt und wie falsch man wäre. Nach blockieren flattern täglich Mails rein wo es mit beleidigung etc weiter geht. Somit ein absolutes no go wenn es nach mir ginge würde ich nicht mal ein Stern geben

Had an outage on the last night that we we’re suppose too have a chance too add our favourite scents “Too the club”. The next day I contacted customer service thinking golly I’ve been a member for years and give them tons of money . They will totally understand my situation and add it for me ! NOPE . Said basically too bad this reason doesn’t qualify . Like what ?!?! So I’ve missed out and will have too wait probably 10 years now for it too be released out of the “vault” like it’s a Disney movie lol . Unbelievable. Just enough too turn you off the company !

I've been a Scentsy customer for many years and love their products. For Christmas I received some items that I wasn't particularly fond of and wanted to return them and use whatever credit they determined to buy things I actually wanted and could use. Their offices were closed for the holidays, so I contacted them when they returned. I was told "sorry, we don't do that." Now I have 4 unwanted items in a box for donation to Goodwill and will NEVER purchase anything from them again. Such a disappointment!!
