ScentsyReviews of scentsy.com

I ordered the love lives here warmer. I spilt wax on the side used a wet cloth to wipe it and all the bronze started peeling off. Be careful what you buy. I will use plug ins from Walmart cheaper and won't wreck

I ordered wrong product, the product was poorly worded, now 8 days no reply, told they were 3rd sellers, I dumped the lot bad bad service-

My husband ordered a Scentsy warmer as a gift for Christmas, paid £103. I received the gift but it’s not something I would have bought so requested a return. It took quite a long time to get a reply from support and when they did reply I was advised that it is a 14 day returns policy (from support & consultant) and was given no other options. Having looked at their terms it seems I could have gotten an exchange within 30 days but was never offered this either. Very poor customer experience, very poor returns policy especially over the festive period when most decent companies extend their returns policy due to most purchases being gifts. Poor all around. I have other Scentsy warmers and they aren’t great, don’t warm well more looks than substance. Definitely not worth over £100.

So I ordered from scentsy at the end of December, 2024. I never received my order and in investigating the situation it was shipped to some random address. I reached out to my consultant and she had me calling fed ex which I did the delivered it to random address, then asked me to go to said random address! Then asked me to call Scentsy! I told her no I would prefer you to (like do something) I reached out to them anyway and the customer service lady was very nonchalant and rude and said I never updated my email and it went to an old address. Well first of all I have never ordered from scentsy nor have I ever leaved in any other address so to me it sounds like a scam with either the constant or the company so I am out all my money. Then later that night the consultant texts me saying scentsy is working on it, which indicates to me she never called! I am going in BBB next

Rubbish takes 5 hours to melt no smell put it in bin wast of money don’t know what all the fuss it absolute rubbish got right everything a fortune don’t buy this crap

I used to like this company. Yes it is overpriced but they have unique wax warmers. Ordered in October 2024 and had my order shipped to the warehouse but I missed the ONE email that went to my junk to let me know my order was in, so they cancelled my order and took a 10% restocking fee to show me how much they appreciate my business. No matter how much I tell them this is not good customer service they just robotically repeat their stupid policy and could really care less. Never again. Paid $20 for the lesson.
