My suri the seahorse plush has faded on one side. The rainbow scales are not vivid anymore. It was literally kept in a dark closet for a long time. Since this is probably a multilevel marketing company I doubt I’ll get any customer support. Avoid for the poor quality products- no matter how cute they are.

Never heard of these till a friend brought into work. Had a good sniff of the fragrances etc. Ordered 2 car vent fresheners 11.00 Within a few weeks no smell. Just a sitting orniment on my vent. Not happy . Could of bought a cheap 1 and lasted longer. Sorry will not buy again

I never buy from mlm's but I do like the scentsy wax melts. Lovely scents, most last, some don't. What I don't agree with is the ridiculous postage and the cost of the bars. For those 2 reason, main one being the £6 postage, I don't buy from scentsy now. Shame as I do like the melts. I've found other vendors with great products and a fraction of the price and they do similar scents
