Horrible experience
I recently purchased a fragrance from here, and it arrived completely shattered and leaking due to poor packaging. I reached out to ScentRush and they are making every effort to avoid me. This is absolutely ridiculous. Nobody should ever give their money to a company like this.

We are concerned by your statement that we made “every effort to avoid” you, as that is not how we handle customer concerns. We take damaged shipments seriously and are always willing to work with customers when an order arrives in an unacceptable condition. If this matter has not already been resolved, please contact us directly with your order information and photos of the damaged shipment so we can review exactly what occurred and determine the appropriate resolution.
