Great Service + Great product = A Win
The overall experience was great. However, these two things stuck out to me. 1. Unique inventory of fragrances 2. Very personal and timely chat help. Kevin was able to talk me through my order and reassure me that though ScentRabbit is new, they're a legit retailer. ScentRabbit is a business I'll be purchasing many fragrances from in the near future. P.S the fragrance i purchased was sospriso's Vibrato! It was sold out everywhere but ScentRabbit had it.

Wow, such speedy delivery!
I ordered a perfume from Scent Rabbit that I couldn’t get here in Australia. The process was very easy and shipping was surprisingly cheaper than I expected. I received my well wrapped package in 6 days from ordering. Which is pretty good from Texas to South Australia. I’m impressed!

The company went above and beyond
The company went above and beyond when stock seemed to have run short on the item I ordered. They found it in their warehouse ultimately, shipped expediently, and included samples as well nicely.
