Sam, I am glad to see your order, which was placed the evening of June 25th, was sent out the following day, and was delivered to you on July 2nd, a bit less than one week later. We ship out orders promptly, but after that it is in the hands of the postal service. They can sometimes be late with deliveries, but please understand that this is out of our control. Hi Tony, We received your order late Friday night then shipped it out promptly the following day on a Saturday with Express shipping. We also emailed you a tracking number at the same time so you could follow the shipping progress. The package went from coast to coast but is showing that it will be delivered to you by today, Wednesday. We take our shipping times very seriously and always strive to get all orders out within one business day. With Express orders like yours we give priority and will even make sure to ship on Saturday, a nonbusiness day.
