Fraudulent company. Do not buy from them. My diffuser malfunctioned within 2 months of buying. I asked for a refund or replacement. All they offered was for me to mail it back for them to "fix." Sent item back, didn't hear back. Followed up a week and a half later - they claimed they never received it. Sent them proof of delivery via FedEx tracking (they even signed for it and accepted it). No response. Never refunded me, never sent me a new item, never responded to me showing them proof of delivery.

**Absolutely unacceptable customer service** I purchased a Scentia fragrance unit for an important event and it arrived completely inoperable. With only a week before my event, I had no choice but to purchase a second unit from Scentia while trying to get a refund for the defective one. Even after I sent videos proving the unit did not work, getting a refund became an exhausting back and forth. They kept pushing a replacement when I repeatedly told them I wanted a refund. I had already spent more money buying another unit from them because I could not wait. After numerous emails, I was told they needed management approval for my refund, but somehow that approval could not happen until they received the defective unit back. Fine. I returned it. Then they went silent. They had their defective product back and still did not issue my refund. I had to contact them AGAIN and ask for my money. It took another week to finally receive it. This was ridiculous. I should not have to spend this much time emailing, explaining, providing video evidence, returning a defective product, following up, and chasing a company for my own money. I was actually prepared to be a long term customer and regularly purchase their fragrances. Not anymore. Scentia took what should have been a simple defective product return and turned it into such a frustrating experience that I have no interest in giving them another dollar. **I would not recommend Scentia based on my experience.**

Customer service is sorry as hell. I returned a device the first of June and I have not received my money back. There is no one to call, you can only email and now that they owe me money they won’t respond to my emails. This company is trash

I’ve expressed concerns with customer service. Will not order from here again. I do not recommend.

I ordered London Calling oils from you guys never received them. I did receive a message that says how did you like the product? Well, I never got the product so disappointed contacted the company. They never responded so disappointed.

I ordered a starter scentia which was to include oil. My box did not include oil. I have emailed customer service and they keep stating the oil was in the box. I have sent photos of the box and there was no oil. They did it ship me the starter and if they reviewed the photos they would know that. 3 weeks later and I still can’t use product.
