Do NOT bank here. Im disabled and due to the economy I'd cancelled my HBO Max in April only to RECENTLY discovering they'd been continuing to charge me this whole time (again, I'm disabled, so unfortunately sometimes things get by me). I was just informed that its been too long to dispute so MAYBE they can give me half of MY money back but even that sounds iffy because "I'd done business with HBO Max in the past". Doesn't matter that I have proof of the cancellation. They are just allowing this billion dollar company to rob me, a disabled person. This speaks volumes about their motives imo. Just do yourself a favor and find a decent credit union, not this sorry excuse.

What ever you do, do not open an account with this bank. They don't care how many years you have been with them or even if they get your direct deposit. I have been with SSCU for more than 25 years, it use to be EFFCU. When I wanted to buy me a house back in 2014 the decline me, another bank approved my loan for with an interest of 4.6%. I requested a loan to purchase a car they declined me. I was approved by another bank. I requested a personal loan and declined me and again was approved by another bank. So sick and tired if this credit union. Is the worst. Do not open any type of account with this bank

No custormer service. Do not reply to email questions. Phone never answers. AVOID

We were closing on a house and space coast caused a 2 week delay. First the person in that department retired and no one monitored there email after. A week of calling finally got a person to tell us that and they would have numbers from the lawyer shortly. Another week later they finally gave us an answer. Slow and inefficient.How are they managing people's money?

Absolutely abysmal bank unless you like using a 1997 interface for your loans. Customer service is rude and unhelpful. I deeply regret choosing them as a lender, I'm looking to refinance elsewhere because of their staff

This has to be the worst CU as far as customer service goes…their CSR’s are rude and have no useful information…as a member this make me part owner and I would fire every CSR I have dealt with !! You ask for a manger and they hang up on you or tell you they have no mangers

This company continues to send promotions via mail on interest rate reductions, even to its existing loan customers. Even though, the rate reductions do not apply to them,it can be perceived as an attempt to deceive. In addition, it may be also be environmentally, a waste of paper.

Wow. I read about this company and had my doubts. They do not answer the phone. You wait 20 minutes and then you are given an option to receive a call back. They never call back. Their website application for a new bank account is glitchy, as it took 3 days to finally get it to submit. The next day they could not find the application. They said they would call back but never did. Their connection to Quickbooks is not stable so you lose a lot of information. I would never move to this bank again. Sad. The reviews are true. RUN!!!
