Item that was ordered was on back order. Never received any notice of it. It wasn’t until after paying for the item and not receiving a shipping update that I called and found out. I was supposed to receive a call on an expected date of availability, never did.

Two weeks later, no information on when some of the parts will be shipped. They shipped and invoiced some but I need all to fix the machine. Almost $12 for a cotter pin, $24 for two! $33 for five screws!! Crazy high prices, poor service. Definitely recommend going with any major brand. Any money you save up front you will spend in aggravation and actual expense on back side. Customer Service people are friendly - they just aren’t supported.

I had no problem placing order but, it seemed simple enough. It was my fault that I ordered the wrong part. The return process was so slow and such an inconvenience. Emails were sent in which I did not receive a response for days. I had to send follow up emails just to make sure my initial email was received. I had to take picture of the part I wanted to return. Although it was eventually all sorted out, it was a big drawn out hassel.

We are a retailer. The customer we were helping attempted to get a part by calling Massimo directly as well as going through another location before contacting us. Management from my store tried calling on 4 separate occasions and was told that we would receive a call back that never happened. It took contacting our buyer and upper management to finally get a response. When the call did come Ashley was great and very informative and super helpful. Very disappointed in the level of customer service available for this product, especially given its price point.
