Very poor tech support
BUTCHS SPORTS W.
Horrible time getting correct parts, horrible time getting paid for the deal they cut on flooring machines we took from another dealer that stopped carrying them. Parts mix ups, fails to send call tags to return parts sent in error then charges us shipping to resend a part they sent in error. Our confidence toward this company falls daily. This total mess of a company never fails to disappoint on one level or another whether it's warranty, products, service or parts.

We have 2 Bennches both with the same problem and I am not able to communicate with the technicians for support to help us diagnose the problem. It is very difficult to get ahold of anyone and no one ever returns my phone calls. Both units have less than 100 hours on them and we are not able to get them running correctly. This is why I stopped selling them. NO support at ALL! Erin Kimbro at 231 Farm & Outdoor Sports

The products are extremely poor quality. The customer service department barely ever returns any phone calls.

Slow shipping.I paid for 3 to 5 day shipping and got my part in 7 days.
Response from SC AutosportsMay 13, 2019
Mr. Clark, You paid 3-5 days shipping is the transit time after we shipped your order. Your order was on back order so we can't fulfill your order immediately. So your shipping transit time is still normal but the order was on back order. We apologize for the inconvenience. SCA Support

No response to warranty inquiries. They hide their phone number like the plaque. Bennche and Hisun.....all the same: push units out the door and service be damned.
