A real psychopath and an extremely rude owner. Please stay away from this store.

Their site and order receipts promise shipping in 1-3 working days and delivery in an estimated 7-10 days. Neither has been true in either of my two orders over the past few months. The pattern is the same every time. They take your order, charge your card, and then go silent. No confirmation of status, no tracking, no update. The only way to find out where your order stands is to email them and chase it. Weeks after ordering, they finally say it's shipping, and then you wait even longer for it to show up. Their explanation is always that a few items were out of stock. If that's the case, don't list those items as in stock. Or at the very least, tell the customer up front that the order won't arrive on time. Taking payment for inventory you don't have and saying nothing is a business practice problem, not a supply chain hiccup. After the second delay, I canceled my latest order. They've been holding my money the entire time, and I'm now waiting to see how long the refund takes. If you need something by a specific date, or you simply value being communicated with, order elsewhere.

I ordered a number of chocolates, including marzipan and 8 pieces of Marabou Dubbel Nougat. All 8 nougats arrived completely melted, stuck to the inside of the wrappers, no way to eat them. This wasn't the worst part. I sent them 3 e-mails, describing what happened between June 22 and 29 but received no reply! They advertise cheap shipping, but I had to pay not just their shipping fee but also additional $35 brokerage to UPS. Needless to say, I would recommend to stay away from this business.

My first order with ScandinavianGoods.store, and it was amazing. The only place I could find Jacobs Decaf coffee at a reasonable price. I paid via Shop, and I received the package in 9 days, in Toronto. Great quality service, and I'll be able to continue enjoying my favorite coffee. Thank you so much - highly recommended!

Great experience overall. Even though it took a few days for them to start processing my order, they politely informed that it would take them a few days to restock the large amount of a single product I ordered. From there on nothing but fast replies and good communication. They even met my tight deadline.

I've used this site many times for shipping to the US. This time around it's been a mess. I made a large order ($200+) and after 10 days and no tracking or confirmation of shipping I reached out and they said there was issue because of a tax thing. They had me redo order via a link they shared. It said a credit could be used for the re-order. New cost was approx. $180. After 8 days and AGAIN no information or refund of remaining amount I contacted them and this time it was an issue with shipping internationally due to tariffs etc. Which I totally get. and they canceled the order. It's now been 2 weeks since last communication and I have not received any refund and I've continued reaching out with no luck. As someone who has used this company many times, I'm annoyed but fine with them not being able to ship as that is not their fault but I have had to be the one reaching out every time to figure out what's going on and their silence on refund is appalling.

it's a scam. I fortunately payed with paypal, which I means I can get my money back.
