That's the 1on1 support I needed very much. 1. I have constant access to Matt, who has achieved significant results in the agency growth space. He teaches what he has done at his agencies and can also answer all my questions deeply based on his experience, not just theoretical knowledge or assumptions. That's the biggest gold for me. 2. Matt helped me figure out the direction of my agency in terms of services, arrange my day to be productive - do the work and have time to take care of my health, and set the right accountability system so I really work more hours now, unlike before, when I wasted a lot of hours on something that was not moving the needle at my agency. 2.
