Do not put your card to these thieves, they violate many EU laws: - Displays false information to clients to obtain abusive profits. I closed the service/system and received a message that it was closed successfully, but the thieves did not do it in reality, they left it open to generate money. - They display clear information up front that they covertly contradict in their very difficult to verify contracts. I only bought 24 hours and they let the system run longer. SHOULD have been written "minimum 24 hours" if they were correct, not "24 hours" - They don't record all the requests to close the services in a premeditated way, so that the clients don't have evidence, they themselves admitted this. I will file a complaint with the DGCCRF (EU Regulatory Authority) and the EEC.

Scammy, horrible company to deal with. Complicated, impenatrable site navigation. Absolutely no customer empathy or loyalty. They deserve their low rating - waste of oxygen. Have refused to organise refunds and are now actively preventing me form reaching their support by not sending authorisation codes when requested. I am in the process of submitting a report to the DGCCRF (EU Regulatory Authority) about my treatment and experience with this company.

I had an extremely frustrating experience with Scaleaway. After just one day, I completely lost access to my server and haven’t been able to use it since. What makes it worse is the support — it’s been absolutely useless. I’ve been waiting for three days now without any meaningful help or solution. The service team barely responds to tickets, and when they do, it doesn’t lead anywhere. Right now, I’m paying for a server I simply cannot use, with no resolution in sight. Very disappointing service.

I had a very frustrating experience with this service. Their subscription system is poorly designed and fails to properly detect manual card payments, which creates unnecessary issues for customers who have already paid. What makes it worse is how they handle it afterward — instead of resolving things smoothly, they lock your domains and services without warning. This can seriously disrupt business operations, especially if you rely on those services being active. On top of that, the support and recovery process is extremely slow. It takes days to restore access, even when the payment has already been made. That kind of delay is unacceptable, particularly for something as critical as domain and service availability. Overall, the system feels unreliable, and the lack of efficient support makes the situation even more frustrating. I would strongly recommend improvements to their billing detection and customer support responsiveness.

A la limite de l'escroquerie ! Je suis resté chez "online" 15 ans pour mon nom de domaine et l'hébergement minimal obligatoire afin d'utiliser 2 BAL et un micro site. Je reçois un message de la part de Scaleway m'indiquant que : "Pour continuer à héberger votre site sans interruption"... "⚠️ Sans migration ou renouvellement avant expiration, votre site sera arrêté." Je me résous donc a faire cette migration forcée et la, surprise, je m'aperçois que le tarif est passé de 28,66€ annuel (ce qui n'était déjà pas donné) à près de 50€ !!! Une augmentation de 70% sans m'en avoir informé et en me mettant donc devant le fait accompli, avec impossibilité de revenir en arrière et à mon ancien tarif !!! Une pratique commerciale vraiment très limite !!! Au final, merci a eux, j'ai trouvé un autre fournisseur pour les mêmes prestations à moins de 10€ par an !!! Bref : Fuyez Scaleway !

Scaleway was a total waste of time and money. There were constant technical issues with my machine. From the start, the web interface to partition disks doesn't work, so I had to redo that work every time. A machine died within 24 hours of production usage, and there were no replacement machines available. I was only given a refund for the rest of the month that the machine died, and wasn't refunded the setup cost for a defective machine. The network was flaky and often dropped packets under sub 1Gb/s load. Stay away from Scaleway at all costs.
