Fuyez
Fuyez, franchement pas fiable, je dépense plus de 3000€ par mois chez eux et je passe mon temps à babysitter mes serveurs et à ouvrir des tickets a leur support. Mes clients s'en pleignent et je passe franchement pour un amateur.

took money for a verification and then said the option it offered was not actually available and then informed me i needed to verify my government id before i could use the trial they already charged me for and then said no machines available - and that they'll "let me know when one is available" ah yeah no worries guys, just renting a mac for leisurly activities..... yeah , dont use this company.

Used their STARDUST1-S instance which is supposed to be priced at 0.4 EUR a month and was surprised that my card was charged 4 EUR. Upon checking, turns out that there are fees for the IP address and block storage, which are approx. 3.5 EUR. Not to mention that the instance is very slow: I knew that since they tell you it's for development only, but the slow does not justify the 4 EUR price. I could have went with a reputable provider and a stable server at this price. Giving this review because of the hidden fees - I only used the instance for a month and will never use this company again until they fix their pricing scheme and services. It's a shame because I've been a customer of their dedicated servers online.net brand since 2015

try to take money 1-2 weeks early so your literally paying every 2-3 weeks instead of every month. Restrict account when you refuse to pay early and then you try to get it sorted and it takes them 5 days to reply to messages on tickets.

This is a fraudulent company. The first dedibox did not work at all and the OS installation took more than 12 hours. And then I had to buy a new server again, while I had to pay for the one that never worked! The result? I got something very old that never really worked and they didn't deliver what I paid for, below is the message I sent them. Subject: URGENT: Server EM-A410X-SSD - older hardware delivered (DDR3 instead of DDR4, missing RAM) I ordered an EM-A410X-SSD server with the following specifications listed on your site: 64 GB DDR4 RAM Intel Xeon E5-1650 (3.2 GHz, 6C/12T) 2 x 1.02 TB SSD 1 Gbps network However, after installing and testing the server, I found that I was given completely different, older hardware. What I got (real state): RAM: 46 GB (from 64 GB) and instead of DDR4 it is slow DDR3 (1600 MHz) CPU: Intel(R) Xeon(R) CPU E5-1650 0 @ 3.20GHz (older generation) Motherboard: HP ProLiant DL160 Gen8 (2012-2013 hardware) Disk: 2× 936 GB (RAID 1) Evidence (logs from my server): RAM dump (free -h): text total used free shared buff/cache available Mem: 46Gi 1.1Gi 43Gi 4.2Mi 2.5Gi 45Gi Swap: 0B 0B 0B CPU dump (lscpu): CPU(s): 12 Model name: Intel(R) Xeon(R) CPU E5-1650 0 @ 3.20GHz Core(s) per socket: 6 Socket(s): 1 Thread(s) per core: 2 Hardware listing (hostnamectl): Hardware Vendor: HP Hardware Model: ProLiant DL160 Gen8 Firmware Version: J03 List of memory modules (dmidecode -t memory): Size: 8 GB Type: DDR3 Type Detail: Synchronous Registered (Buffered) Speed: 1600 MT/s Rank: 2 Configured Memory Speed: 1600 MT/s Size: 8 GB Type: DDR3 Speed: 1600 MT/s Size: 8 GB Type: DDR3 Speed: 1600 MT/s Size: 8 GB Type: DDR3 Speed: 1600 MT/s Size: No Module Installed Disk listing (lsblk): sda 8:0 0 953.9G 0 disc ├─sda1 8:1 0 512M 0 part ├─sda2 8:2 0 16G 0 part ├─sda3 8:3 0 512M 0 part └─sda4 8:4 0 936.9G 0 part sdb 8:16 0 953.9G 0 disk ├─sdb1 8:17 0 16G 0 part ├─sdb2 8:18 0 512M 0 part └─sdb3 8:19 0 937.4G 0 part Network speed (ethtool): Speed: 1000 Mb/s Duplex: Full Summary: Instead of the promised 64 GB of DDR4 RAM, I only have 46 GB of slower DDR3. Instead of modern hardware, I got an old HP ProLiant Gen8 (about 10+ years old). I am requesting to exchange the server for the correct EM-A410X-SSD configuration according to the order, or for a refund and cancellation of the order. Thanks for the solution. etc.. Of course, support is not available. When I reported a problem with the disks on the first server, some "Ilyes SERRA" wrote to me about OS virtualization. While I was asking about the assembly of the discs. He sent a message about something else entirely. Then it got even worse. Just an apology. But I've already lost 3 days of time and still nothing works! Thank you!
