Excellent support team - very helpful + efficient service enabling us to get inboxes up and warming ASAP!

I've been using ScaledMail for about a year now and their inboxes have always been great. What I like the most though is their support which is genuinely best in class. I have my own dedicated channel to reach them in slack when needed and their portal is super simple to navigate. I don't use any other provider now and don't plan to.

Great Service overall, been on my 3rd month now and its awesome so far, not to mention they take away all of the stress of DNS authentication and others away from you. Only improvement is if there'a an option for if delivery times can be faster, even its for a little bump in fees

Great product with fast customer support! Infrastructure is hard to get right, and there's a lot of optional hygiene needed to get it right... ScaledMail never skip steps and as a result we trust them with a whole division of our companies sending. Would recommend!!!

ScaledMail has saved us a ton of time buying domains and setting up inboxes, which we used to do manually in-house. Their team are very supportive, and the response time is perfect. Bonus points for end-to-end delivery with sequencer setup.
