I feel scammed out of my hard earned money by Scale 77
This company did not deliver on anything promised. Ads performed poorly and I had to constantly reach out to them to make changes to try and optimize a profit margin which never materialized. Questions had to be repeatedly sent to get answered since obviously they were overwhelmed and more concerned with getting new clients than properly taking care of the ones they already have. Additionally, at times leads were not getting booked on our appointment schedule as promised. Do Not Sign A Contract with this Scale 77. Complete waste of time, effort, and money spent.

Hi Rejuvenescence team, We're sorry the partnership didn't produce the results you were hoping for, and we take every client's experience seriously. First, you're right about the appointment scheduling. There were times leads didn't land on your calendar as they should have, and that's on us. Calendar integrations can be tricky, but making sure every booked lead shows up correctly is our responsibility, and we've since tightened our setup and checks so it doesn't happen again. We do want to respectfully clarify a few other points for anyone reading. Throughout our engagement, we delivered the services outlined in our agreement, including campaign builds, ongoing optimizations, lead follow-up and booking support, regular reporting. Our team was in regular contact and responded to questions promptly, and we have records of that communication. Paid advertising results depend on many factors, and we're always open about that from day one. We would have welcomed the chance to address these concerns directly, and that offer still stands — Scale 77
