These people are complete crooks. They advertised that any individual can become a member and bid on cars. However, upon paying your nonrefundable $199.00 you quickly realize that is not true. They demand that only businesses can bid and then demand a bunch of documents that only a business would have. However, they promised that individuals could bid. That is fraud! Do not trust these people. They are crooks, and if anyone is interested in joining a class action lawsuit against this company please email me.

Scammers!!!!please don’t buy from them. They misrepresent how the auction works. Don’t upload the amount of monies for the car through the bidding process, YOU CANNOT USE YOUR BIDDING MONIES FOR THE CAR. They WANT A WIRE TRANSFER. Then if you talk to customer service it’s one lady playing 3 rolls. This place is horrible!!!! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. This place ain’t it. They’re scammers. They don’t put in the fine print or anywhere that you cannot use bidding money for the car. They wind up getting your money bc of the mistakes that was made. Then you have 3 days to pick the car up. You can’t use your tow company unless the company signs a waiver. They want you to spend 311. On their tow company. Just do ya research

I participated in an auction on SCA Auctions thinking I was getting a great deal. I “won” a motorcycle for $100, but by the time all fees were added (auction fees, transaction fees, storage, and additional charges), I ended up paying nearly $2,400. This experience was extremely disappointing and misleading. The final cost was nowhere near transparent during the bidding process. As a first-time buyer (not a dealer), I feel this system is designed to attract users with very low bids and then compensate through excessive and unclear fees. If you are considering using this platform, be aware that the winning bid price does NOT reflect the real cost. Make sure you fully understand all hidden fees before participating. I would not recommend this platform for individuals who are not experienced with auction systems

No no mo stay away you want to be a fair good company come pick up this scap car you sold me for almost $1,700 dollers, you bullied me into this purchase with threats of keeping my deposit and fine of 2000 if I don't continue purchase ,again my fellow Americans and others alike stay away from this company do not bid on a car if going through this company period. They will also hassel you on the pick up especially if they've scammed you justl take my word save ya self the head ake and as you can read from there responses they will only act like you did wrong people stay away from thus company im going to put a review everywere i can so people know.STAYAWAY From These crooks. There threats and holding ya money hostage is not put lined and any of there polices and please mybl people know there are laws they can not out right sale you a car misrepresented in its description as is or not its las vegas law

I won a car for 600 they put all these sneaky fees in and the car came up to 3000. When I said I didn’t want the car anymore they told me if I didn’t pay the would cancel the car and still take the 3,000 out my account!! They are a scam bad attitudes!! Do not get a car from there

SCA is purely a broker, and is quite deceiving in its tactics to force you to use their preferred shipper. (Which i'm sure they get a great kickback from). They have horrible support and create more problems than just using IAA. They do not allow you the option to select an option for your own commercial carrier when you pay your invoice, they just send you a crazy priced shipping invoice from bidux, after you just paid for the vehicle??? When I ask SCA for my pickup pin, they say "read the fine print in our agreement" and send you on a goose chase to have you complete a release of liability form with your carriers info and insurance info. etc.. Bottom line I PAID MY INVOICE (with your unreal fees), AND WAS NOT GIVEN MY NEEDED PICKUP INFO. Vehicle is at an IAA auction site, so I call IAA, who says they sent SCA the info, then SCA sends me to their shipper Bidux, and Bidux sends me back to SCA. Whatever SCA says in response to this review, if any, is pure crap

Worst support I have seen, probably. They have cars on Big Island, Hawaii. I am asking, how to search for these cars only and the support person (Pauline) answered: There are no branches on Big Island, the location cannot be selected. THE ONLY AUCTION YARD IN HAWAII is in Kapolei. -- But if you search by 96720 ZIP and 50-mile radius, you will see cars. Pauline does not know that and continues to answer "there are no cars on Big Island"... Also, she removes the history of emails. Every answer you will get will be without any context.

The fee they charge you is very high, and you think that by paying the membership you trust the description of the problems, they will tell you the truth about the main problem and they don't tell you. If it says hail, it is likely that the engine or transmission is bad, which is what happened to me.
