I belong to a survey company that provides surveys from many survey providers, including this one. I've finally got wise to their useless surveys and learnt to simpy close the window whenever one of these time-wasting surveys come up. I think I've only ever qualified for one of them ONCE in a year. Rather strange when I qualify for other surveys ALL THE TIME due to having good demographics. This survey provider keep you on the most annoying loop where you get asked the same questions, OVER and OVER. Utter rubbish. Don't waste your time with them.

Horrible, and almost just as terrible customer service. I get surveys from time to time by this company though major survey sites. Though there are tons of complaints about other companies out there, this one sticks out to me the most because of how the practice and the way their surveys work (or don't work). I am a member of a certain survey hosting site where I get surveys of all different kinds, from all different companies. I've had surveys through this place via swagbucks, cashcrate, etc. I can spend over 15-20 minutes answering the same questions over and over again. Do I have illnesses? What schooling did I complete? How many people work at my job if any? Over and over and over again for well over 20 minutes to NEVER even get to the actual survey. That's kind of a fraud to me. I mean. We've answered your control/screening questions, now either DQ us, or give us the survey you're being paid to give out. So I reached out to them, with a very unhappy email telling them that they are a fraud and pretty much everything stated above. I'm unhappy. I dislike companies like this. Companies like this need to not exist, because they take advantage of people by wasting tons of our time, when we could be actually doing surveys that pay us for our time. I also personally dislike most companies out of Seattle. So I mentioned that as well. Just a personal opinion in a heated email. I told them that either they fix this problem or I'll file a complaint with our local attorney generals office's consumer protection dept. Which does go after survey sites like this. I know my states does. So the email I got back states that they'd like to look into the issue by knowing what sites I'm a member of... and what my IP address is. Sounds a bit fishy to me there. 1. It's not a problem with the hosts. It's a problem with YOUR questions and asking the same things over and over again. So, no I will not tell you where I get the surveys from. That's irrelevant to this. 2. There is in no way a single reason you'd ever need to know what my IP is. These are questions of people that try and take advantage of people. This is what I think they're attempting. They want to contact the companies I'm a member of, and try and have me kicked out or banned because I'm unhappy with THEM, and the only reason to ask for someones IP is to block them.. So. Clearly they think I'm dumb or not tech savvy enough to know what they're trying to do. Looks like I now have a new 2 reasons to contact their AG's consumer protection office.
