Say Insurance is the best insurance i ever had... they has too minimum charges and maximum coverage

I have had Say for over a year now, and I have never been treated so great and I have had insurance for over 20 years with another company and never did they send me a gift for being a customer for one year! I always get updated of new options and rates and if I’ve needed anything I get my answers immediately! So happy with this company!

I love say insurance! They have always been right on top of everything I needed. Plus they have great coverage for low premiums!

I like this company, but the only thing I do not like why is my car insurance keeps going up after every six months, instead of going down. My car insurance have went down once, and every since it has been going up . I have not had any tickets or accidents so far. Thank God for that. I hope I do not. But, I hope that my insurance goes down after the six months, if not I may have to change car insurance. I know that sometimes car insurance goes once in a while but not every six months. May like two years or so. So if it goes up this months and does not go down, I will change.

Straight-forward is how I would describe Say Insurance. Unlike "big" companies, Say Insurance does NOT offer glass insurance, renters, etc. But if you're looking for straight-forward car insurance with good customer service this is the way to go.

The price is ok but they do not offer glass insurance when you sign up. Had 2 BAD hail storms and 2 times they did not offer glass ins. just wanted to start another claim and it just happens that the windshields were $20.00 cheaper than the 250.00 deductable. Will be looking further into other companies that offer glass ins at a very small price
