I have been with other companies previously , however say insurance is exceptionTheir prices are within everyone's budget. Customer service representatives are polite and ready to go extra mile. I have referred many drivers to this company and would continue to do that. Say, you're exceptional.

Don't need a review

I’m in illinois. I’ve been using say for about 18 months now and they are for sure the cheapest rate that I’ve found. I have maxed out liability coverage and was quoted almost double from other providers (Geico Progressive and Farmers) just had my first claim (sadly) but say was super easy to deal with from the towing to the rental to the repair so much easier than I was expecting so I now I can really recommend them. And I used my own mechanic with no issue. Say is the best

I originally purchased Say insurance thanks to the lowest premium they offered. It has been 2 years since and my premium stays low. I also appropriate their to the point, no BS customer service (not trying to sell me insurance product I don’t want and don’t need). Recently I had my first claim (hail damage) and I was extremely satisfied. The adjuster shoved up within few business days and 5 days later I had the estimate and check in my mailbox. So fair, very good experience with Say overall.

From the time i started with say almost five years ago it's been painless and great knowing I'm covered. And any problems that may arise i know they have my back and even through the pandemic thy had my back. I'm grateful to them and the entire staff thank you very much.
