SawBlade.comReviews of sawblade.com

I purchased the upper and lower blade guide set for my Ridgid bandsaw. Although easy to install, some written instructions would be nice. The bolts for the lower guide are much too long. All and all, I'm very pleased with my purchase and look forward to getting many more years of use from my saw.

Great service. Great products. Easy to use website. Fast shipping. Almost seems too good to be true! Will continue to buy from these great folks!

I placed an order for a sawblade (first time doing it I ordered something wonky) and I got a call from the company checking to make sure I ordered the right thing. Then I got connected to someone in sales who was asked me what I was using it for and he recommended what I needed. Both were completely professional and patient the whole time. I'm so glad I didn't try to purchase this through Amazon.

I had a problem and you fixed it, thanks

I ordered two band saw blades, but I miscalculated their length, resulting in them being one inch longer than necessary. As a result, they were very loose. The saw blade support team was extremely helpful and provided me with instructions to return the blades for adjustment. It took a few days for them to make the necessary adjustments and send the blades back to me, and they did so without charging me any additional fees. I am highly satisfied with their excellent service, and I have decided to order all my future blades from this company.

When I ordered my blade I did not have a clear idea of what I needed. I got a call from Kenneth Oyer ,production manager the next day. We talked about what I was trying to do and he suggested a blade that should fit my needs. I have not used the blade yet, but it looks like it will do the job at hand. Great customer service!

Great communication and good quality blades. Really good, customer service.

Quality blades, quick service, excellent price.
