I purchased guides to replace the ceramic ones on my Laguna 14bx, I’m very pleased with the performance. Excellent quality as well as improved stability and accuracy. Shipping was fast. The only issue was there was no instructions for set up. But I base my rating on how well a company provides customer service when there is an issue. In this case it was very good I called and the individuals I spoke with sorted everything out promptly. I’m very happy with my purchase and will do business with them again.

I like that they will custom make a bandsaw blade in any length I want for a good price and fast delivery. I have been using their blades for 10 years without issue.

Good blades, good price, arrived fast! Had to figure out how some prompts on order form worked, but maybe that was just the old guy running it too!

We had made an error in the size of the saw blades that we ordered. Thankfully they did have a recording and we were in the wrong. Allowing us to return the incorrect sizes of saw blades & we order 2 of the correct size. Ordered, manufactured & shipped in the same day.

Even though the blade guides didn't fit, ,the customer response from James Tonilon was fantastic. Having a return picked up at my front door is above and beyond great customer service.
