Very poor brokers
As a domain buyer, I offered $1,000, but received no response. Later, I received a reply with an inflated price, along with questions about my budget and my plans for the domain, which I found intrusive. When I mentioned I had no budget and no specific idea, they lost interest. I made multiple bids again, all of which were ignored. I then contacted Saw.com with a phone call, and an agent promised to help me get a response. However, I waited in vain until, after submitting a new bid, I received a response. They initially quoted $18,000 for the domain. I mocked this price, and within 5 minutes, they dropped it to $10,000. I found this price change highly unprofessional, in the end we talked about $2,000. I was surprised by how they handled pricing. Following my review, the CEO reached out to me, highlighting their ability to respond quickly when they want to. This experience led me to decide against buying a domain from Saw.com. Nowadays, domain names are less critical, and we have plenty of alternatives. They seem to believe they possess some kind of holy grail, but everything is replaceable. So, Saw.com, you can sell your domains elsewhere; there are plenty of alternatives.

Hey Bill! I've taken a look at your inquiry, and it seems like there might have been some confusion regarding our role in determining domain prices. While we do offer our professional opinions and suggestions, it's ultimately up to the domain owners to decide what price they want to set. As I've gained more experience in this field, I've come to realize that there are various factors at play, such as what the current registrant paid for the domain, their ongoing projects, and other considerations that can shape their perception of its value. I am going to send you an email and hopefully, we can schedule a phone call to go over this in more detail - Jeffrey Gabriel. Update: Offered a phone call to the buyer to discuss his experience he declined. Called the seller and went over the domain name, the value, and the offer. The seller declined, we provided a detailed response which the answer from Bill Murray was "Way too much text good luck". Needless to say, I loved Bill Murray in Quick Change hopefully he will send me an autograph someday.
