Stay away from this company. They will just take your money, make promises, and never complete your project!

I’m writing this review hoping that this never happens to anyone else. This actually happened a couple of years ago, but I’m realizing that I should responsibly write genuine review about my experience. This is a company that charged me $20,000 ultimately never completing the project, no copyright, no website or marketing…I hired another company to do my project and now my website is up and running. Savvy ignored me for almost 2 years despite my repeated requests for reimbursement and a letter from my attorney, which was ignored.

I hired them to help with a relaunch of a book with new cover and title in April. They came recommended on a writer site. But it has been a disastrous event. Communication is awful. Consistency among project managers even worse. I have had at least four project managers in six months. It recently took 11 days for thenm to tell me they'll get back to me on a matter I had asked about. Follow through on deliverables is forced and even then not on all of them because they don't know them. There is a constant need to keep checking the original agreement, which "Wil" does great selling. They did a decent job on creating a new cover. Creative is fine. But asking to review SEO was never done. Hashtags remained what I already had. So basically for a deal at "$4700" I got some new creative and horrible follow through. They were good about trying to sell me on more like "a unique opportunity for a special few" on Time Square and to have book repped at Frankfurt...both for obscene amounts of money. I asked for a partial refund and was assured they were handing it off to the best. Absolutely would never use them again.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND SAVVY BOOK MARKETING. *After consulting their website in August 2022, I contracted for their Standard Publishing & Silver Marketing Bundle Plan. * They did not fulfil the contract in any way. They hardly began. My project manager left, and after great delay, I was finally informed after 3 weeks. * Their business address is a kindergarten at 780 Palisade Ave., Teaneck, N.J. * I won a judgment against them in Small Claims Crt., in Bergen N.J. for $2579.00 in August 2024. THEY DID NOT EVEN SHOW UP for the trial.
