I'm sorry to hear that you're disappointed. I'm sure you understand we don't control the delivery times of the USPS. Your order was placed on the morning 3/22 and was shipped the same day. We did everything in our power to ensure you received your shipment without delay. Your disappointment should be with the USPS, not Saving Grace CBD.

Thank you for taking the time to share your response with us. I would like to point out that the request for review was not in regards to the product you ordered but rather for the service you received (i.e. ease of placing your order, how quick your order shipped, etc). The product review request will be sent to you 3 weeks after your order has shipped. I apologize for the confusion and hope you'll change your mind about marking our website as SPAM because we send great email offers for sale items.

Thank you for letting me know about the order you received. A simple phone call would have rectified the issue. We can simply replace the product you were sent with a current batch. This was an oversight and not how we run our company. We work very hard for positive reviews and I wish you would have given us the opportunity to fix the issue before you decided to leave us a 1-Star review.
