Ordered an air fryer because it was slightly cheaper than elsewhere, but then came the "it's been delayed, but I'll offer you 20% off if you don't cancel" emails. However when I finally give up, despite the emails also saying "you can cancel if you prefer", my cancellation emails are ignored. Now making a credit card claim instead.

Ordered a Ninja Airfryer but never received it. Both phone numbers don't work. Never received my item despite chasing them. Stay away from them!!!

Scam website , i even checked out their warehouse and its an empty property which is for lease and they have never leased it when i checked with the leasing company. Stay well away .
