Leona was very knowledgeable and helpful! She was patient and so kind in the process providing me everything I needed and more!

Ivan helped me to his full possible extent. He waited on hold for long periods of time to get through to my insurance’s customer service, and also jumped to different language customer services’ to help solve my issue. I’m beyond satisfied with my experience and he quickly answered any possible questions I could think of. I appreciate the “above and beyond” effort from Ivan.

Rosa was awesome to work with. She was efficient, professional & kind. She communicated clearly and was helpful throughout the entire experience. Very happy with the service experience, which hasn’t always been the case with past insurance companies. Thanks Rosa! Hope your company treats you as well as you treated me (:
