So for anyone trying to get their license back on track after a DUI I do suggest coming here. I had my first DUI in the month of May this year and it’s overwhelming to deal with the consequences. I got directed here and spoke with someone named Rosa... and I will describe the experience speaking with her as absolutely professional but not only professional but personal, understanding, and compassionate. Rosa has a great demeanor and she met more of my requirements then I was expecting. She honestly try’s hard to obtain your confidence in her ability to help you, she does call you back and adds a personal touch to the conversation that leaves you feeling like you’ve talked to a real person... absolutely she is awesome. I will tell you that she takes every step of the process seriously and professionally and all you need is patience. I assure you she will reciprocate the patience but not only the patience she provides, she provides options and has a way of working with you ... you will receive the best she can do. I couldn’t have asked for more out of the experience... if all the other employees here adds the personal touch and professionalism that Rosa gives then this is an “all star” service for the process of obtaining what you need. Recommended in my book and thank you Rosa!!!!!
