Hello Kim, I am very sorry to hear of your disappointment. If there is ever an issue with an order, please contact us so that we can look into any potential issues. We never change any fragrant formulas without first notifying customers. There are a handful of fragrances that have been updated over the years when a specific material is no longer available or we find we are able to improve the scent of oil. However, we note those oils with a big red block of text to indicate what change was made and why. I do not see this to be the case with any oils in your orders either. If you think there is an issue with an order we urge you to get in touch with us right away. It is our job to make sure orders go out properly, or fix any issues that might arise. Someone will contact you back within a few hours. Alternately. You can also email us, and we will respond within 24 hours. Hi Tayshia, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review and provide us with feedback. I agree that a showroom would be very convenient for our local customers. As much of our business is not local, it just has not made sense for us to offer this service thus far.
