I have never had an issue with SOS. Sometimes purchasing oils can be complicated because you can’t smell the scents online, however with SOS I never hesitate because they’re oils smell soo good 😊

Customer service is excellent, the fragrances have been really great and I use half the amount that I normally use.

So far , the costumer service is very good , Last year during the big rush of Christmas they send me an order so rush you can’t believe it!

I like your selection of fragrance oils and am pleased with your overall service. I rated you as three stars because I find your website difficult to use. Better graphic design and attention to user experience would go a long way to helping improve the experience. I would also love to see faster shipping as it often takes over a week for me to receive my order.
