Love the stuff I got from them.

I have been an SOS customer for over 8 years. I rated them a 4 instead of a 5 due to the shipping costs markup (it is pretty steep compared to most vendors), the slow processing and shipping time frame ( I now have to place my order at least a week in advance - the expedited shipping cost is more often more costly than my product order) and there have been a few customer service snafus along the way. With all of that out of the way, SOS still gets my business as they have a fragrance selection that is unrivaled , with sizing and pricing to be more than competitive. The fragrances become louder if you sweat (yay!) and have worked very well for me in body butters, body oils and as oil burning house scents. I've found their fragrance intrepretations to be very pleasing, I've only received a few scents that had no smell/it was so light, I couldn't detect it due to the delicacy of the scent. If you are only ordering oils and have a $100+ order, you can get free shipping (yay again). This has been great for me since opening a business. Overall, I recommend SOS and plan on being a customer for a long time. Oh, and their incense are excellent!

I do not feel that you should have to pay an extra fee to have a more timely processing. Good customer service should be a primary concern for all orders.

This is one of the best online fragrance out there. I had to go for oil based cologne because my wife had a problem with alcohol based.
