All has been swell with what I have aquired and communication with staff has been good. THE LAST 1000 RAW STICK INCENSE I GOT HAD NO UNIFORMITEY 35 % of the punks won't stay lit due to inconsistencies. If the sticks wer better 4.5 I would give

Hello Erich, I am sorry to hear of this issue with your sticks. Unfortunately, we find that many times these sticks are banged around in transit, and this then has an effect on the uniformity of some sticks. Beyond that, these sticks are a natural product, and there is some natural tolerance in the manufacturing process. If you ever run into issues with an order, please feel free to reach out to us. i can sincerely say that my experience with SOS has been a 7 star long term relationship. I was SHOCKED to see the 1 star. Never expected anything less than a 4 star. Maybe it is just the TRUMP EFFECT on the economy, not sure. :-] I have been ordering from SOS for about 10 years. I should have stock in this company!!!. They always sell samples which I think is awesome. I do not like ALL OF THEIR products. Who does?! But I have NEVER experienced poorly made, cheaply made product. Any missed packed they would send me would be either tracked down, or resent. I do not work for them, but man that is a real bummer for those who has those extremely rare experiences. Its a new year, try again.

I have been using SOS as my main supplier for years. They have a great selection and superior customer service. Any rare issues I have had, they worked hard to fix it ASAP. A great place to find scents you can barely articulate. Many people need a little extra help in identifying smells, and when you're going by a description only it helps to read community comments. One person may smell almonds, another might smell licorice, so it's always a good idea to start out with a sniffie or a small vial to check the scent. I make small batches of soap, and the half ounce is plenty for my needs. I can't vouch for consistency over the years, but I can find more of the weird scents I want in one place than through other suppliers. Just about one stop shopping.
