They don’t stand behind their marketing or product. This company refused to make things right even after their own mistake. Dishonest so called “Christian” company. Try out Three Nails a true Christian based company.

This was my first order with SAVD and to say I was disappointed is an understatement. Based on the price point being higher, my mom and I consolidated our order to save on shipping costs. Unfortunately, I accidentally put the wrong zip code. When I noticed that the shipment had an issue, I contacted the SAVD customer service email and was told that part of the shipment was being returned to their facility and that the other part the address was updated correctly as it hadn’t shipped. And then I found out that neither was going to be shipped to me as it is returned to that facility and there is nothing that could be done to change the zip code. This should be an easy fix, and I was willing to pay the additional shipping costs. I received very confusing responses from the SAVD customer service rep and was told to contact the shipper that only responded to one of my many emails. Again, extremely disappointing - especially with my first and probably only order I will have with this company. For a Christian company that emphasizes certain values, I think there could be a much better option for accidents like this.

Terrible customer service and delivery service! I still have not received my order and it’s been one month. The support and response has left a bad taste in my mouth. I refuse to spend my money again on these products, even if the message it promotes is good. Completely dissatisfied.

I ordered my grandson a shirt on December 12 and today is December 31. I still do not have the shirt. I questioned them a week ago . They responded by saying they wanted to be transparent so they stated this on December 22; Our standard delivery time for orders is generally between 5 and 12 business days. Since our items are made-to-order, we require an additional processing time of 2 to 4 business days. This should have been stated to me at the time of order. It would of also been nice to know they were shipping internationally. Businesses need to be upfront with their customers. For a Christian based company I would have expected more.

I still have not received my 2nd package since I ordered it on November 30th. It keeps saying package is in transit but have not received any update or estimated delivery date.

Overpriced using Jesus as a sell. Why aren’t you up front about where your “Christian” clothes are manufactured? In a communist , faith restricted, no human rights, slave labor country? China You’re in it for the $$. Jesus is watching

this company was advertising a buy 2 get 1 free special, but I’ve had shorts in the cart for over a week and there has been no such special. Also, their return/exchange policy is egregious. if you end up getting a pair of shorts that don’t fit your child you or you, you are responsible for the shipping cost back for the exchange. The clothes don’t go on sale that much and for you to have to pay a return shipping fee is ridiculous. At that point in time, the shorts would be basically $60+ for one pair. I refuse to support a faith-based company that doesn’t have a fair exchange policy.
