Horrible business!! Took 5 months to ship. Shipped the wrong color. Wont not replace or return. STAY AWAY!!

Ordered a jet ski graphics kit and custom fuel filler cap from IPD graphics in early March 2026. The quoted lead time for manufacture and delivery was 15 to 28 business days. The kit did not arrive until almost 4 months later and when it did it was missing the fuel filler cap. I reached out to them via email to request they send the missing fuel filler cap and that they prioritise resolving this given the 4 month wait I’d already had. They always send some bland non-commital, semi apologetic responses that they are looking into it. Despite having acknowledged they missed it off the order. Surely a small error like this would be an easy quick fix, grab it off the shelf. Stick it in a box and priority post it out. The above hassle and inconvenience has overshadowed the fact that the graphics kit is actually pretty decent quality, but I’d expect that at over $800. I would be very reluctant to order from them again based on my experience on this order, nearly a month after delivery and I’m still waiting for the fuel filler cap as on 28th July, 18 weeks on and still counting. Come on guys where’s your customer service please. Be prepared for a very long wait for your purchase if you use IPD. Over $800 spent and still waiting for the order to be completed.

There race company robs people and won't refund without bank intervention don't ever buy anything for them

BUYER BEWARE: DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! I ordered a decal kit in late April 2026. It arrived half way through July 2026, after IPD Graphics originally quote 15-30 business days to ship. They will send you an "email update" every 2 weeks, but the emails are worthless as to any true information update. Once the decals arrived, they were the wrong color and for the wrong sized boat. I provided all the information for my boat to the company prior to ordering. Save you money, time, and effort, and order boat decals from somewhere else.

I don’t usually leave negative reviews, and I genuinely appreciate that the customer service team has always been polite and respectful in their responses. Unfortunately, the communication hasn’t been matched by meaningful updates. We placed an order on 23 April 2026 for two custom graphics kits and an installation kit. The advertised production timeframe was 15-28 business days. As of today, it has been 75 calendar days (approximately 53 business days), and our order still has not been dispatched. Over that time, we’ve received several updates advising that the order is progressing through production—from lamination to the final Quality Control stage, however, each response has also advised that no estimated completion or dispatch date can be provided. I completely understand that delays happen, especially during busy periods. What has been disappointing is the ongoing inability to provide any realistic timeframe, despite the order now reportedly being in its final stage. Given the amount of money invested in these graphics, that understandably creates uncertainty and concern. I’m not posting this review to be critical of the staff, who have always been courteous. Rather, I hope it helps other customers make an informed decision. If you’re ordering graphics for a race meeting, competition, holiday, or other time-sensitive event, I would strongly recommend allowing significantly more time than the advertised 15-28 business day production timeframe, as our experience has been substantially longer. I genuinely hope the products are as good as their reputation suggests, and if our experience changes once the order is received, I will happily update this review.

BUYER BEWARE!! This company will scam you. They seem to spend quite a bit of money on social media advertising so they seem legit but as soon as they have your money everything changes. I agreed on a template and was told I could have a large custom logo and a small one, cool easy enough well you’d think so. I paid extra to have it expedited and well as extra to get 5 proofs. As soon as o got the first proof it was all wrong, ok easy fix I ask for changes that’s $100 boom an invoice in my email. Second proof nothing changed, ask for the change again and poof another invoice in my email for $100. Everytime I was told sorry not part of your package but it’s do-able for extra $$$$ I finally gave up just over $1600 and I asked for a refund because I could now tell this was never going to end and I was getting scammed. I was told I could get a refund but there would be a 40% restocking fee….. For what exactly?? Nothing was produced or shipped there was no product. At that point I terminated communication and I’m disputing the charges as well as reporting them as fraud. Do yourself a favor and deal with a local vinyl shop face to face.

Terrible customer service and only have help through email they refuse to talk to anyone and now i know why . they would get their a&&es chewed out left and right. Casey mauldin the CEO doesnt care the least and supports his team on being the worst in the business. Graphic fitment is terrible and they admit it.

Never buying from ipd graphics again! They do not look foward on helping you! They also do not sell any individual pieces so if you need a small piece you must buy half of the graphic and they price it for more than half of the full graphic price, also quality could be much better!!! Super disappointing!
