Purchased L-carnitine the vial sent had particle floating and was a yellow hue, it also had expired two months ago. I sent the vial back tracked. It was signed for by Phil Taylor who promised a refund. Still no refund given. Would not buy from here again. + In response No proof of refund received on my email.

Ordered supplements on the 28th March, paid for 1st class signed for delivery. After 3 days I contacted Savage Supplements as to find out why my order had not been shipped. Phil replied and said he had been in an accident and would ship them "tomorrow". Another 2 days had past and nothing. I emailed requesting a refund and Phil replied with T&C's but nothing had still been shipped. It's now been 10 days and Phil has not replied to my last email. This has been the worst experience of buying supplements and I really hope that I have not been ripped off, but if that is the case then I will pursue this further! I hope you reach out to resolve this immediately. Replying to you - 08.04.23 I placed the order on the 28th March (Tuesday) not Friday as you are claiming, I have evidence of the order email. You had 3 working days from my order date. This is beyond ridiculous and your customer service is terrible. If I do not receive my refund by Monday then I will be contacting Trading Standards. This is me saying that you have been "in touch" but still no resolution.

Just a scam. Order was done month ago, haven't received anything. Wrote to them, some Phill responded that sorry will fix it. Then that servers were hacked. After that nothing. Wrote again, no response.

Don't risk your health! Don't buy anything from this scammer. I did something stupid and placed an order, but I didn't get what I ordered. Received a two-year-old vial that looks like it came from a dumpster of medicines with the inscription "warning: for research purposes only". Someone Phil Taylor promised me to return the money, but of course the crooks do not return the money. I believe this is illegal trade. I will fight these scammers, and maybe even criminals. I will inform you every week what I have achieved in this struggle.
