I had total support from the beginning…
I had total support from the beginning of my issue to the end. Communication was above all customer service I have had for years. Great company and I would recommend them to anyone in need of parts.

Initially I was afraid this order was yet another placed to an offshore uncaring company but Sauna Parts World is a for real domestic company with service after the sale that is awesome. Max was very patient and answered several emails to help overcome my confusion with connections.

Also, the various products, cost and quality were excellent compared to other sauna companies. I highly recommend them for your personal sauna needs. We have an 11-year-old JNH Lifestyles…
We have an 11-year-old JNH Lifestyles infrared sauna that stopped working, but the cabinet was still in great condition, so we weren’t ready to purchase a whole new sauna if we didn’t have to. We emailed Sauna Parts World with pictures of the control panel and power supply, and they replied the same day with the exact parts we needed. Shipping took a little over a week. My husband is very handy, so installation was a breeze, but they also emailed detailed instructions that anyone could follow. Great product, great service, and great value!

Sauna parts world is super awesome and…
Sauna parts world is super awesome and helpful. Our sauna got mice and they chewed up some of the wiring. We took it apart and disinfected everything. Our regular sauna company just wanted us to buy another sauna and refused to sell us the wires to replaced the damage ones. The person at Saubapqrtsworld went out of his way with links to the broken sauna parts. Our sauna is proprietary and won't sell parts to third parties but he still helped us with info on how to fix it. You can tell he is really here to help people and not to just make money. Highly recommend!
