White wine wasn’t cold, and you suggested that we buy a corkscrew because the bottle that we had wanted, which had screw tops, wasn’t available. But what you switched out for was another screwtop so we just unnecessarily spent $16 on the corkscrew that we didn’t need I’d love to get refunded for that.

I’ve placed many orders through Saucey and have had consistent problems with their deliveries. The main issue seems to be that they hire drivers who don’t speak English. Last night, I placed an order and if never arrived. 2 hours later it still showed “en route” but I called the store and the items had been returned. The driver didn’t speak a lick of English, so the store owner couldn’t even find out what happened. The driver also never called me, I assume due to lack of English. It’s pretty simple. If you want workers in the service industry why may need to contact customers, maybe hire ones that speak the language of the country. Just an Idea. Sick of dealing with these issues.

Had 2 separate orders in same day, was charged for both. Product was never picked up nor delivered but showed that it was delivered. Pretty freaking ridiculous that I’m paying massive delivery fees and tips to not even receive products

Products that they offer are frequently unavailable and there delivery drivers have trouble finding addresses.

The wrong item was delivered. The delivery driver was great but the wrong item was provided.

First attempt driver could not read my instructions, could not speak English. Had two packs of cigarettes, I don’t smoke, that was not my order. Got messages that I was not reachable, after I left detailed instructions, my number, I put a note on the door. Finally I got a driver that could communicate, he was great. Unfortunately half my order was not included. I was on the phone again trying to get a refund. First time using app and last time. And I have to wait at least 3 days for my regund.
