Only ordered one item and got text saying delivery would take 18-25 minutes. An hour later and I'm still waiting. Beginning to wonder if this is a scam app and I need to call my bank tomorrow and cancel the card I used.

Tried to order cigars showing in stock, but each time, it immediately went out of stock. Found no way to cancel my order. Chat was useless and no customer service that I could find. Will probably have to have my credit card issue a charge back, which is damaging to their ability to accept cards.

Scam company. They allow you to checkout items that they don't have in inventory. Total fraud.

Hi Lee, thanks so much for taking the time to leave a review! While we strive to keep our menu as up-to-date as possible, our partnered retailers are fulfilling in-house orders along with our delivered Saucey orders so sometimes items can sell out unexpectedly. That being said, we're very sorry for the frustration and inconvenience the out-of-stock item caused, we totally get it. We appreciate your feedback and will use it as a means to improve our service, please feel free to reach out to us at [email protected] should you have any questions!
Not for public D.
Your retailers are always out of stock on cigarettes. Your customer service agent says they can't change the retailer anymore. If I could give zero stars I would. Retailers get stock of cigarettes every single week and there is no reason why there is zero...none online. After the last time I had my grandson take me to the nearest store and I bought 3 CARTONS. So this really tells me you don't want customers in my area. This is only the most recent time I have had this issue.

Didn't even finish the purchase - the final price was NOT even close to initial advertised price. I WILL NOT PAY 10 DOLLARS IN TAXES AND ANOTHER 5 FOR DELIVERY. Ripoff

Hi AG, thank you for taking the time to review but we're sorry to hear we weren't able to provide a satisfying experience. We get it, taxes and fees suck. We are continually working on improving our offering and hope you can try again in the future and experience the convenience of our service. Please contact our team at [email protected] and reference this post so our team can properly thank you for your honest feedback.
