Had to pay for this premium service, for the first time, due to my car being in the shop and was out of some items. The delivery arrived promptly, but the shop packed the wrong items. Similar, but not what i wanted. Wasn't given any feedback options or paths to correction until 24 hours after the delivery

The company failed to deliver, although it emailed a report that a birthday gift was successfully placed. No acknowledgement until the following day with no explanation nor remedy. If you expect on time delivery Avoid Saucey in Conneticut.

1st - ridiculous price on cigarettes - 3x higher than grocery store. With service fees, I paid $60 for 3 packs of cigarettes!! …. 2nd, you require ID for cigarettes, to scan the drivers license. But your software sucks. Your delivery person spent 20+ minutes trying to scan my ID. When that failed she asked for my passport or National ID. For cigarettes, I’m handing over my passport?!! ….. Why not allow her to photograph the drivers license, and then upload? Or just type in the info? …. What’s nuts is that I’m 67 years old, with white hair. Do you not trust your couriers to look at the customer and make an intelligent decision as to whether or not they’re underage? ….. Of course, no way to reach customer service.

I was given the wrong brand of cigarettes and I didn't check the bag to see what was inside Two packs of red Marlboros were missing.and I paid for them.

Commenting as a vendor here This is an organization totally lacking integrity. Had their sales team push us towards getting their website service as a requirement to getting on their marketplace even though we already have a fully functioning website. Charged us $300 for this. We were then denied getting on the marketplace because it's already full. They probably allowed only one vendor per city given the low number of users on the platform. Refused to refund us for a pointless website that we never needed Will never partner with this type of organization again

I would give 0 Stars if I could! I was given a window, wasn't met, then it kept getting longer and longer and longer. And then it just, went away, my order disappeared. I was still charged, cashapp refuses to refund me, there is no way to get in touch with Saucey. I'm angry. The only reason I had to use Saucey is my wheelchair broke and I'm trapped in my apartment and my vape broke and I have to wait for a new one in the mail because I prefer ecig fluid over tobacco. I am on social security for my disabilities and tossing away nearly $40 without receiving the products I ordered (2 packs of Pall Mall blue which were each $14.50) is not something that I should be forced to do. I'm BEYOND angry.

Scam Alert!….. This company will steal your credit card information and will blame it on uber eat which is their “third party” carrier. Do not use them.

They advertise a 46% discount for 3 packs of cigarettes. They apply slightly over 10% and don’t respond
