They were good at first no problems today my order was not what I ordered I will never order from them again

I order 5 different brands of cigarettes paid for them and watch the delivery time keep changing. I contact sauce via chat to find out that oh the store is supposedly out of all brands except newports and the price went fro. 9.49 per pack to 14.99 so I got only 3 packs of all newports. I won't be using sauce again!

Did not get the product I wanted

I didn't get what i ordered.

Driver gave order to my neighbors. I had to walk next door to retrieve my order from them. You did not deliver to correct house

Well considering I paid $28 for 1 pack of cigarettes. Where to begin. So 30min kept getting extended 2 min,4min, back to min while tracking the order. The map wasn't working, it was frozen. I could not get a message to the courier. As I found out when they messaged me 45-50 min later on a expected delivery window being 15-25`min. It was very frustrating as i kept going outside to ensure I did not miss the driver, to only see 2-4 min added. I finallyndecided to do what I was planning to do and the driver messaged me on another phone number. When the driver got to me they were very kind and troubled by the possible server issues. I was going to give him a tip. Well he couldn't get the app to verify my id. It just kept running. So I let him take a photo of my id, so he had proof he dropped off the cigarettes. I felt bad for him, so I was going to tip him well. However it was still showing that he had not got to me. Nonetheless a great hour that I spent for a pack of cigarettes and heat exhaustion. It was a brutal experience for a pack of cigarettes. I did this to save time and not have go anywhere..I think you understand

Wow, this company is a joke! I don’t know how they hire or review their couriers but things need to change if they actually want people to use them. My friend sent me a gift via Saucey… or at least tried to. We were at the Del Coronado in San Diego; a nice hotel with fantastic service and very helpful people. I mention this because when the courier arrived with our order he didn’t ask a single person for help. He didn’t talk to the concierge. He didn’t do anything with the resources and people available to get the order to me and then went and canceled the order because he said NOONE WAS THERE TO HELP. Wow! What a lazy, lying idiot. This was my first experience with Saucey but I know I won’t ever be using them and will NOT be recommending them to any of my colleagues and friends.

I needed to change the delivery and spent 2 hours trying to do that with a chat bot and then a live agent. The live agent rescheduled for the wrong day and then just stopped responding in the chat. It was a client gift and that I had to bother him several times to schedule/reschedule due to Saucey's errors is unacceptable. Luckily he happened to be home when it came despite it being very late the night before it was supposed to come. Just really terrible and frustrating customer service.
