I have never seen such a disgraceful company. They advertised an annual fee of $99.99, but charged $189 to my card at the end of the payment process. I’ve sent three emails, yet no one is responding. I am going to the bank shortly to report this as fraud. I am also instructing my lawyer to file a formal complaint.

I purchased a virtual mailbox for my business, but I have been completely locked out of my account because their system is failing to send the login verification emails. I have reached out multiple times via their "Contact Us" form and direct emails over the past few days, and I have received absolutely NO response. We are in 2026, and the fact that a B2B service company like this does not have a Live Chat or an actively responding support team is a massive failure. Their complete unresponsiveness is causing severe delays in my business operations and company formation process. I strongly advise against using SasquatchMail if you value your time and need a reliable partner. Someone from their team needs to contact me and fix this login issue immediately!

WARNING DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE!! On November 30, 2025 I was trying to establish service I was asked for payment info which was submitted but informed to provide further information before any service I requested would be active. Since it was requesting more information and it was pass my bedtime I decided to hold off until another time. At a blink of an eye I notice 2 separate transactions in the amount of $18.98 deducted from my Business Bank Card. I normally read reviews before conducting any business yet I didn’t do so this time around until I tried to dispute on my Bank portal and it said unavailable so I ended up here where I see multiple complaints about services not being delivered!! This is not right!! We live in a world where we need all our money. I have insurance and pray my bank can reverse the charges NEXT STEP BBB BE CAREFUL EVERYONE ITS A HUGE SCAM AND VERY DISRESPECTFUL TO THOSE THAT WORK HARD FOR THEIR MONEY!!

I have in writing things they promised they could handle and they are now refusing AFTER receiving our annual fee. Hidden fees are everywhere. They quite easily told me where to click the button to cancel the service clearly showing that either (a) some underling is providing answers without telling anyone in a responsible position what is going on or (b) they truly don't care that they made promises they now refuse to keep.

I had soooo bad experience with Sasquatchmail, because I filled 1583 form and they said incorrect and for the next day I sent new corrected one but after many sending mail they said I did not send corrected form and after that I got angry, sent screenshots and wanted refund, there is no answer yet. DO NOT WORK WITH THEM.

I rented a virtual office from the company. But they didn't even respond to my emails. Irresponsible company. I started the return process. They didn't even respond to my return. My experience with this company is definitely negative. Be careful when purchasing services.

Sorry for the late response, we weren't aware a Trustpilot profile had been created for us. We're sorry our service wasn't the best when you used us a few years ago. We've made a lot of improvements since then, including answering every call and responding to emails within 30 minutes during business hours. Now you can rent a virtual mailbox for yourself in California, Delaware, Florida, Idaho, Illinois or Wyoming at a rate of only $9.99 a month! Thanks for sharing your experience.

This was my worst experience every because you cannot even make any convo with them. Erica was replying 1 email / Week. even we were sending a new reminder emails for each days... And we just found a better one with same prices.

Hey Ali, sorry for the late response, we weren't aware a profile was created for us on Trust Pilot. We're sorry it wasn't the right fit a couple of years ago. Now we have improved our service and answer every call and respond to every email within 30 minutes!
